In truth there is nothing outside the spiritual. Once we remove the conditioned behaviour, thoughts, emotions, expections, and whatever else that prevents us from accessing it, stillness arises.
Discriminating between the "worldly" and the "spiritual" will inevitably cause vexations in your experience. Worldly desires and activities happen. They are not for us to judge. All that is really needed is an observation of stillness.
